My mission is to show you how to create your own health while reducing your healthcare expenses.  I use a holistic approach (mind-body-spirit) to find the missing links to create your sustainable health.

There are many roads to health and the following is a list of options for health coaching from which to choose:

  • Eliminate the comfort food which causes you to gain weight while getting rid of what triggers the need for it;

  • Eat more nutrient-dense food without increasing your food budget--a "food is medicine approach";

  • Reduce your exercise time and get better exercise results;

  • Maintain your ideal weight without yo-yo dieting;

  • Learn to cleanse your body and get rid of toxins creating a healthier body;

  • Stop smoking and extend your longevity. 

There are three rate plans you can choose from:

  1. Game Plan-$45 an hour.  A consultation to discover what's keeping you from reaching your goal.  You are motivated to reach your goal on your own;

  2. Jump Start- $65 an hour for three weeks of telephonic coaching for 1/2 hour sessions weekly.  You know what you should do but just don't do it on your own.

  3. Break The Habit-$85 an hour for six weeks of telephonic coaching for 1/2 hour sessions weekly.  It takes 6 weeks to fully break a habit and this is been a hard habit for you to break.
